Blue Rubber Bleb Nevus Syndrome is a rare disorder that consists mainly of groups of abnormal blood vessels affecting the skin and gastrointestinal tract. Dark circles under the eyes are darkened areas of the delicate skin under and around the eyes. Hemangiomas
Hemangiomas are birthmarks that form when many immature blood vessels bunch together. There are three basic types of Hemangiomas.

1) Stork bites are very thin, light pink, flat patches of discoloration found most frequently at the hairline on the back (nape) of the neck.

2) Strawberry Hemangiomas are thick, raised areas that are soft, purplish red, smooth or slightly bumpy, and may be irregular or circular in shape.

3) Deep Hemangiomas are thicker, deeper, raised areas that often are purple-blue in color and may feel like spongy tissue filled with fluid.
